People Operations Partner

  • Location: London Head Office, W12 7FR (5 days in the office a week)
  • Reporting to: Head of HR, UK

The People Operations Partner supports the day-to-day delivery of HR processes across the UK business.

Working closely with the Head of HR and the wider People team, the role ensures employee lifecycle processes run smoothly, documentation remains accurate, and managers receive practical support when navigating HR procedures.

This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who enjoys structure, organisation and improving processes in a fast-growing environment.


What you'll do
To support the smooth running of people operations across the UK business, ensuring employee lifecycle processes, documentation and systems are managed accurately and consistently.

Employee Lifecycle Support
  • Support key stages of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation management, role changes and offboarding.
  • Ensure employee documentation and records are maintained accurately.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees joining the business.
  • Track probation timelines and remind managers to complete required reviews.
HR Operations
  • Support the delivery of core HR processes across the business.
  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure records are kept up to date.
  • Ensure internal HR procedures are followed consistently.
  • Assist in improving and organising HR operational processes over time.
HR Systems
  • Maintain employee records within the HR system (e.g. Personio).
  • Ensure employee data is accurate and up to date.
  • Support managers with system-related queries when required.
Manager & Employee Support
  • Provide practical guidance to managers on HR processes and documentation requirements.
  • Support managers in understanding internal policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee queries relating to HR processes.
Payroll Coordination
  • Support the monthly payroll process by ensuring employee data changes are recorded correctly.
  • Work with Finance and payroll providers to ensure payroll information is accurate
Compliance & Documentation
  • Maintain clear and accurate HR documentation.
  • Support the application of HR policies and procedures across the business.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance with UK employment legislation.
Who you are
  • Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or HR Generalist roles.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using HR systems (such as Personio, HiBob or similar).
  • Confident communicating with managers and employees.
  • Pragmatic, organised and solutions-focused.
