As a Senior Project Manager at Flatpay, you will drive high-impact, time‑sensitive initiatives from idea to result with speed, structure, and clarity. You’ll turn ambiguous requests into crisp plans, self‑serve inputs, and deliver polished outputs often within hours, not weeks. Operating autonomously and pragmatically, you’ll manage multiple streams in parallel, communicate progress proactively, and partner closely with the People Director to move the most important priorities forward without reliance on overtime.
