Onze missie is helder en krachtig: kaartbetalingen eerlijk, transparant en stressvrij maken voor kleine en middelgrote ondernemers. Geen onduidelijke tarieven, geen verborgen kosten, geen verrassingen, één vast tarief voor alle kaarten.

Vandaag zijn we met meer dan 1.500 Flatpayers actief in Denemarken, Finland, Italië, Duitsland, Frankrijk en het Verenigd Koninkrijk - en nu lanceren we in Nederland! 

Dit is jouw kans om er vanaf het begin bij te zijn, de Nederlandse markt mee op te bouwen en een sleutelrol te pakken in onze volgende groeifase. 

Rol: Customer Support Agent 
Startdatum: Januari 2026 
Standplaats: 5 dagen per week op kantoor in Amsterdam
Wat je gaat doen
Als Customer Support Agent voor de Nederlandse markt ben jij de stem van Flatpay. 

Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden 
  • Ondersteunen van onze Nederlandse merchants: Je neemt inkomende telefoontjes aan en doet uitgaande calls om klanten te helpen, feedback op te halen en begeleiding te geven bij hun setup of gebruikservaring.
  • Issues oplossen: Je handelt klantvragen en supporttickets snel en nauwkeurig af - altijd gericht op snelle, duidelijke oplossingen.
  • Onboarding verzorgen: Je stelt onboarding-contracten op voor nieuwe klanten en zorgt dat alle documentatie volledig en correct wordt aangeleverd.
  • Samenwerken: Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams om klantinzichten door te geven en processen, tools of services te verbeteren.
  • Actief meedenken: Je deelt ideeën vanuit klantgesprekken om onze klantenservice continu te verbeteren.

Skills & eigenschappen
  • Energiek, doorzettingsvermogen en een positieve houding richting klanten 
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk 
  • Comfortabel werken met dagelijkse en wekelijkse targets 
  • Leergierig en open voor feedback, met interesse in klantcontact als vak 
  • Goed kunnen werken in een team, maar ook zelfstandig je weg vinden 
  • In staat om te multitasken, je tijd effectief te managen en overzicht te houden in een dynamische omgeving 

Achtergrond
  • Ervaringing in klantenservice of een vergelijkbare rol
  • Bonus: ervaring in payments of fintech
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
  • Positieve mindset en focus op klanttevredenheid
  • Rechtom in Nederland te werken

In January 2026 we’re launching in the Netherlands and are looking for 2-3 Customer Support Agents to join us!
What you'll do
Role: Customer Support Agent
Start Date: First week of January 2026
Location: On site 5 days per week in our Amsterdam office

As a Customer Support Agent for the Dutch market, you'll be the voice of Flatpay. 

Your day-to-day

  • Support our Dutch merchants: Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to support our customers, gather feedback, and provide guidance on their setup or experience.
  • Manage issues: Resolve customer enquiries and support tickets efficiently, making sure we deliver fast and accurate help.
  • Handle onboarding: Prepare onboarding contracts for new customers and ensure all documentation is correctly completed and submitted.
  • Be a team player: Work closely with internal teams to pass along customer insights and help improve tools, processes, or services.
  • Contribute ideas: Bring forward suggestions based on your conversations with customers to help us build a best-in-class customer support.

  • Comfortable working both independently and with a team.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
Background

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Bonus: experience in the payments or fintech sector.
  • Fluent English and Dutch speaker.
  • Positive mindset and strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Right to work in the Netherlands.
