We’re looking for a Customer Strategy Manager to join our Chief Customer Officer’s team and help shape how Flatpay manages, grows, and retains our customer portfolio across markets.
You’ll be at the center of our customer operations — driving strategic projects, uncovering insights, and turning data into actions that elevate our customer experience, retention, and growth.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys both analytical and strategic challenges, and wants to help shape the playbook for customer success in one of Europe’s most ambitious fintechs.
