Lead and manage key people-centric projects from concept to execution.

Facilitate project meetings, retrospectives, and planning sessions to ensure alignment, accountability, and progress.

Leverage data to track success metrics, identify gaps, and inform decision-making.

Create and maintain clear, concise project documentation including timelines, status updates, risk assessments, and stakeholder reports.

2+ years of experience in project management, ideally within HR, People Operations, or a related function.

Proficient in both German and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across teams and levels.

Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic, scaling organizations.

Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management and change enablement skills.

Proficient with modern collaboration and project tools such as Notion, Slack, Jira, and HRIS platforms.

Highly organized, analytical, and proactive in driving initiatives forward.
