People Project Manager (m/w/d)

As a People Project Manager (f/m/d), you will have a strategically and operationally critical role. You’ll drive cross-functional initiatives, design scalable processes, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and senior management. This makes you a key player in shaping our employee experience and people strategy. What you'll do
  • Lead and manage key people-centric projects from concept to execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (People, Legal, IT, Finance) to roll out initiatives that drive business and employee impact.

  • Design and implement scalable processes that support a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Facilitate project meetings, retrospectives, and planning sessions to ensure alignment, accountability, and progress.

  • Leverage data to track success metrics, identify gaps, and inform decision-making.

  • Create and maintain clear, concise project documentation including timelines, status updates, risk assessments, and stakeholder reports.

Who you are
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, ideally within HR, People Operations, or a related function.

  • Proficient in both German and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across teams and levels.

  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic, scaling organizations.

  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management and change enablement skills.

  • Proficient with modern collaboration and project tools such as Notion, Slack, Jira, and HRIS platforms.

  • Highly organized, analytical, and proactive in driving initiatives forward.

  • Passionate about enhancing the employee experience and contributing to people strategy from the ground up.
