As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner , you will take ownership of delivering end-to-end recruitment for Flatpay’s high-volume UK roles. This means more than just filling vacancies, you’ll be building sustainable talent pipelines that ensure we can keep scaling without compromising quality. 
 
You will design and run streamlined recruitment processes that combine automation, assessment centres, and recruiter expertise to hire efficiently at scale. Alongside day-to-day hiring, you’ll also focus on developing pools of future talent, ensuring Flatpay always has access to the people we need to grow. 
 
Working directly with hiring managers, you’ll act as both a recruiter and a talent advisor, ensuring a smooth candidate journey, promoting Flatpay’s employer brand, and making sure every hire strengthens the business for the future.
What you'll do
  • Deliver theend-to-end recruitment processfor Flatpay’s UK high-volume rolesfrom sourcing to hire.
  • Design and runassessment centres, group interviews, and streamlined selection processesto manage hiring at scale.
  • Build and maintaintalent pipelinesto ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates, both for immediate needs and future growth.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen and shortlist applications using theATS ensuring efficient candidate management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job ads, and set clear selection criteria.
  • Deliver an excellentcandidate experiencethroughout the recruitment journey, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Track, analyse, and report onkey recruitment metrics(applications, interviews, offers, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
  • Contribute toemployer branding initiatives, positioning Flatpay as an employer of choice in the UK market.
  • Continuously improve processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency and scalability in high-volume recruitment.
Who you are
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or agency recruitment.
  • Strong track record of high-volume recruitment (sales or customer service roles ideal).
  • Skilled at running assessment centres or bulk interview processes.
  • Experience using ATS systems and confident with recruitment tech/automation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers.
  • Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
