What you'll do
Role Title
Location: Field-based / London (Central London territory)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (PAYE)
OTE: £60k–£70k
Responsibilities
Attend on-site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts (approx. 70–75% of signings)
Generate your own pipeline through referrals and structured cold canvassing (approx. 25–30% of signings)
Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs and secure deals
Deliver and install terminals for newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post-sale
Share feedback and insights with SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution

Highly motivated, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals
Excellent face-to-face communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Self-starter, resilient, and motivated by commission, ownership, and results
Organised and disciplined with territory planning and pipeline forecasting
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with SDR and operations teams

Background & Requirements
- Experience closing sales in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a personal vehicle5 days a week
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
- Payments industry experience notrequired.
Transport
- Mileage reimbursed for personal vehicles and a RingGo parking account provided(HMRC approved milage rates).
- Application Review– Our Talent Team reviews your CV to assess experience and potential fit.
- Talent Team Call (20–30 minutes)– A conversation to understand your background, confirm territory fit and discuss what motivates you.
- Final Interview– Depending on the role and location, this will either be:
- a Group Assessment Session (around 2 hours with 10–15 candidates) including practical tasks and role-plays, or
- a 1:1 Microsoft Teams interview with a Regional Manager.
- Offer– Successful candidates receive a fast-turnaround offer, with onboarding dates available monthly.
