Businesses want to focus on what they do best; running their business. But monthly hardware fees, different rates for different cards, extra costs on every transaction and frequent price increases have made payments too stressful. That’s why we started Flatpay. One flat rate across all cards - that’s it.
We’re already more than 1,000 people across Denmark, Finland, Italy, Germany and France and recently launched in the UK.
What you'll do
Location: Field-based / London (Central London territory)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (PAYE)
OTE: £60k–£70k (uncapped commission, £2,120 guaranteed minimum commission per month)
Responsibilities
Attend on-site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts (approx. 70–75% of signings)
Generate your own pipeline through referrals and structured cold canvassing (approx. 25–30% of signings)
Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs and secure deals
Deliver and install terminals for newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post-sale
Share feedback and insights with SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution
Commission:
Uncapped, with a guaranteed minimum commission of £2,120 per month, ensuring stable earnings while you build your pipeline. Earnings increase directly with performance.

Skills & Attributes
Highly motivated, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals
Excellent face-to-face communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Self-starter, resilient, and motivated by commission, ownership, and results
Organised and disciplined with territory planning and pipeline forecasting
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with SDR and operations teams
Background
Experience in B2B field sales preferred but not essential
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required
Willing and able to travel daily within your assigned London territory (mileage reimbursed)
