People Operations Specialist

As we expand our presence across Europe, we’re looking for a passionate People Operations Specialist to support our HR activities in Denmark and help shape a world-class people experience at Flatpay.

What you'll do
  • Be the primary go-to for all HR operations in Denmark, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Act as a superuser of our HRIS, Personio, to ensure accurate and timely data management and support internal stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve our people policies, processes and systems.
  • Assist our managers with end-to-end recruitment to support our growth journey directly and ensure that we attract top talent.
  • Manage our global engagement survey to gather insights and utilize the data to improve employee experience.
Who you are
  • Recently graduated with a Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn how to create impactful people solutions.
  • Excellent communicator in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Some experience with HR operations and/or working in HRIS is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with a foundational understanding of HR systems and digital tools.
  • Organized and structured, yet flexible, because…. we scale rapidly!
