Flatpay is on a mission to simplify and power the way small businesses operate. As we expand our Point-of-Sale (POS) offering into Italy, we’re looking for a Product Specialist to serve as our local product expert, feedback champion, and key connector between our Product team and the Italian market.
You’ll be part of a growing, international product organization but rooted in your local market — working alongside Sales, Ops, TechOps, and Product Managers to help ensure our products are loved, adopted, and constantly improved.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll gain early exposure to every aspect of how our products come to life. From your first week, you’ll engage directly with merchants, set up real POS systems, troubleshoot devices, listen in on support calls, and gather market feedback first-hand. You’ll be right where the action is — not only observing the customer journey but shaping it through your insights and execution.
