This role is ideal for those with a keen interest in point-of-sale technology and a strong desire to develop expertise in this field. You will play a crucial role in supporting, developing, optimizing, and maintaining our advanced point-of-sale solutions, providing exceptional service to our diverse clientele.
What you'll do
You will be reporting to the Lead Product Specialist in Denmark while working from our Paris office, and should expect to travel to our other markets a couple of times a year.
In the first 30 days, you will:
- Get to know the company & people
- Get first hands experience with our customers doing field trips.
- Be introduced to current work structures and processes.
- Get your hands dirty in different support scenarios.
In your first 60 days, you will:
- Get introduced and trained in 2-level support softwares.
- Expand your product knowledge by field trips to existing customers
- Be included in planning of the future for the POS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide valuable insights from field visits to inform design and refinement of user-friendly, robust, and scalable POS systems.
- Offer 2nd support to our customers, customer service and field organization, including handling complex queries and technical issues.
- Gather user feedback and market trends to drive continuous improvements in our POS offerings.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the POS landscape, conducting training sessions for the organization and keeping our Help Center up to date.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with:
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Familiarity with modern POS technologies and software tools is beneficial but not required.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Tech-driven or the desire to be.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Desirable Experience:
- Technical background is a plus.
- Background in the retail or hospitality sector is a plus.
- Understanding of payment processing standards and compliance is plus.
