Welcoming over 60 new colleagues each month, you’ll be responsible for driving process excellence, ensuring compliance with German labor laws and aligning on strategic goals, solidifying Flatpay as the premier workplace for our talented team. You will lead a dynamic people team, overseeing the entire employee life cycle while striving to meet our ambitious recruitment targets.
