Flatpay is a pioneering Danish fintech company that has revolutionized the payment industry since its inception 24 months ago. With a solid presence in Denmark, Finland, Germany, and Italy. Our dynamic team of over 600 Flatpayers is dedicated to simplifying payments for everyone, everywhere and now, we’re looking for a skilled Accountant o join our Finance team in Berlin!
What you'll do
  • Setting up new customers with SEPA Direct Debit
  • Managing the day-to-day invoicing process for customers
  • Handling debtor follow-ups to ensure timely payments
  • Conducting bank reconciliations
  • Overseeing the payroll process for commission-based employees
  • Collaborating closely with the finance team on various bookkeeping tasks
Who you are
  • 2-3 years of experience within accounting/bookkeeping
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Experience with Microsoft office – if you also know Microsoft Business Central then that is a plus
  • A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
